We accept Visa and MasterCard only. We do not accept C.O.D. or checks. We ship only to the address on the credit card billing. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All purchases are subjected to tax, shipping and handling. Shipping, handling and tax are not included in online prices. Any fraudulent activities will be reported to local police and FBI.
All orders are processed as soon as they are received. Depending on the availability of the items ordered, most orders are shipped within two business days. No Saturday or Sunday processing or shipping. If the item is not available or backordered, you will be notified by phone or email. Signature is required of all orders (there must be someone to sign for the package, otherwise you must pick it up from the Postal Office). It is the customer responsibility to examine the shipping damage. If the package looks damage, return to the carrier immediately and do not accept the package. Once the package has picked up, delivery counted successful. We do not responsible for any damage or lost due to the carrier or the customer. We ship only to the address on the credit card billing.
For up to 2 pounds. The shipping fee is $5.95, and $1.50 for each additional pound. Shipped by US Priority Mail within the continental United States only. Shipping fee does not include insurance.
We will accept returns ONLY for defective merchandise and must be in original package, unopened and unused items in the factory-sealed product box with all the warranty cards, manuals and accessories intact and with an Return Authorization Number from us. We DO NOT accept returns because you are not satisfied with the product, or because it is the wrong size.
All lights products, JDM products, electrical products, glass products and air freshener products are sold as-is and are not returnable.
All defective merchandise must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt and with our Return Authorization Number, a new product will be shipped to you as soon as we receive and determine that it is a defective item. The buyer is responsible for original shipping charge and his/her own shipping costs on all returned items.
Cancellations after order is placed will be charges a 20% of the original purchase price as restocking fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
No warranty expressed or implied from us. Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer.
